Hey, People! I rise from the murky waters once again just to get people curious about a fairy new art program called Leonardo!

Here is the Link: (It's currently in it's Beta version right now and is going for a decent cost of 40 USD, which is half the price of it's normal price range, so I would def jump on the opportunity to get it now at that price until who knows!)

I love this program so much! (It's similar to Mischief for anyone who's heard of it but offers more tools...was going to get Mischief but its lacking some key stuff for me plus I don't want to risk buying it for 25 USD and it's been abandoned, things have been pretty quiet on what's going on with Mischief take caution)

This is the type of Art Program for anyone who just loves sketching out ideas without having to worry about constraint paper sizes. (It does give you that option) But if you love the idea of just making a bunch of sketches on an infinite canvas, this delivers!

It's a simple and intuitive interface, it's really easy to learn and just get to sketching! It's very fast and responsive! If you are from the Paint Tool Sai and Clip Studio Paint Camps, painting with the small section of brushes given, feels just like drawing and painting in those programs. There's no pen/line/curve tool but it does have a stabilizer and smooth option which works very great for lineart work!

It comes from 3 Point perspective rulers, symmetry ruler and an isometric ruler. The 'line tool' only allows for making straight horizontal or vertical lines but you can change the degree of the angles every 15th degree (which is great for planning manga panels)

According to the Developer, they are working on creating a blending/smudge tool, a way to export to PSD and other stuff, (I hope a decent text tool is added also) But

And if you own a surface pro tablet or other two-in-one pc tablet with a stylus, this program was made just for you! It's like working with CSP on a touchscreen with nice size buttons to touch (you can choose a left handed orientation in the program) and it's palm rejection like CSP which I love, I just wished this app (maybe in the future) will be made for the ios/android market if they get bigger. Because now that i have this, to actually get some artwork done...srsly you guys just have NO IDEA how this program caters to my OCD need to write, draw and plan stuff at the same time without all the extra hassles!

Oh yea, I was saying, now that i have this art program, I am ALMOST willing to stop my monthly sub with sketchbook pro because tbh, I don't even use it as much as I thought I would...but yea I don't, I don't even use Photoshop as much, (well when i'm ON my surface pro, unless you can afford that Monthly CC sub, cs5 and below is a pain to work with, everything is TINY....don't kill your eyes, tottes not worth it) CSP has pretty much replaced SAI for me at this point.

So yeah for those people on a budget, who aren't into the GIMPs or Kritia or Fire Alpaca or MyPaint, or can't afford the expensive ADOBE CC (or find a decent crack version that doesn't crash on ya).

I say give Leonardo a try!
